After dealing with nearly a dozen other companies over a 5 year period trying to figure out what was wrong with our AC unit and listening to them trying to sell us 5k to 10k packages deals we finally found mike and thank god we did! Our power bill during the summer was ridiculous, so we went to the equal pay and it was still $350 a month. So I spoke with Mike and the next morning he was knocking on the door, he went through the whole system and did the proper load calculations and put together a option for us. And once I saw the price I asked when he could start, needless to say later that day my house felt like a freezer and what is really nice is my power bill is now $160 a month during the summer! Needless to say the whole experience with Mike was great, he did what he promised and then some, he was fast and courteous and when he was done the only way we knew he was here was that the house was cool! Thanks Mike we will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Who just saved my 1 yr old and 3 yr old from another freezing cold night? Yup! Mike Hansen. I cannot express my gratitude in words with how much he helped up this morning. We had a baby with croup, no sleep for the whole house and a broken furnace. Mike showed up quickly and fixed the problem on the spot. We are very pleased with the work that Mike and his crew did for us at a very good price. We had a particularly difficult situation at our house. It is a 1970's home with ceiling radiant heat, which we love. That means, though, we have no existing ductwork in the house. It had never had A/C before. Because the basement is finished and the ceilings have the heating wiring throughout, this presented a difficult situation. We had resigned ourselves to get a roof mount swamp cooler blowing directly into the hallway, the only area where there were no heating wires. Mike came up with a wonderful solution that I would not have thought of. I know this was an especially complicated job but we are now enjoying air conditioning throughout our house at a very good price. Thanks, Mike!
